冷軋齒輪箱Cold rolling gear box

冷軋是用熱軋鋼卷為原料，經酸洗去除氧化皮后進行冷連軋，其成品為軋硬卷。冷連扎機組齒輪箱位于主傳動電機與軋機之間，輸入軸與電機相連，兩輸出軸與軋機的工作輥相連，其功能是將一個主傳動電機輸出的扭矩分配給上下工作輥，由此達到軋制冷軋鋼板的目的。

冷連扎機組齒輪箱的結構形式為單輸入雙輸出的復合型結構型式，相當于由主減齒輪箱和機座齒輪箱組合的型式。
